Nikolai Dubinko (Kolya)

Nikolai (Kolya) Dubinko is a Data Scientist at PitchMe.co since July 2020, where responsibilities include the automation of candidate sourcing and shortlisting to enhance recruitment efficiency. Previously, Nikolai served as a Casual Research Associate (Data Analyst) at Sheffield Hallam University, contributing to an occupational therapy project focused on data structuring. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Software Test Engineer at T-Systems from May 2012 to August 2019, where automation testing was performed on a sales portal for Deutsche Telekom. Nikolai is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Artificial Intelligence at Sheffield Hallam University, following a Master of Science completed there in 2019 and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems and Technologies from Baltic State Technical University "VOENMEH" in 2012.
