Jay Johnson has a diverse work experience at Pitco Frialator Inc. Jay started working for the company in 2004 as a Final Test Inspector and later transitioned to the role of Technical Service Representative. In 2011, they were promoted to the position of Manufacturing Line Leader. Jay then progressed to the role of Customer Service Representative in 2015 before becoming a Technical Service Trainer in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Key Accounts, a role they began in July 2019.
