Abhinav Shandilya

Abhinav Shandilya has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Abhinav started their career as a Senior System Analyst in 2001 and worked in that role until 2004. Abhinav then joined Birlasoft Ltd. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they focused on architecture design and requirement analysis. In 2005, they moved to HCL Technologies as a Service Delivery Manager, where they were responsible for managing service delivery for large and globally distributed accounts. Abhinav led teams of over 200 employees and successfully achieved targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction. In 2016, Abhinav joined Pitney Bowes as Director of IT and Digital Transformation. Abhinav played a crucial role in the company's digital transformation and was later promoted to Director of IT Web Platform & Digital Transformation in 2022. Abhinav's experience demonstrates their expertise in IT, digital transformation, and leadership.

Abhinav Shandilya completed a Bachelor of Science degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh University between 1995 and 1998. Abhinav then pursued a Master's in Computer Science from an Institute from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including the Certificate Programme in Export-Import Management from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in 2017, the PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2015, and the RTB ASM Basic (ITIL Foundation) certification in 2014.
