At Pitney Bowes, Joe held various roles, starting as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist in 2013 and eventually becoming the Director of Global Talent Acquisition for multiple departments and functions. Joe was responsible for attracting top-tier talent, managing recruitment processes, and collaborating with senior leadership teams. Joe's expertise lies in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that drive organizational growth and improve workforce planning. Joe is known for their calm, confident, and realistic approach to talent management.
