Melanie Losey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Currently serving as Vice President of Continuous Improvement at Pitney Bowes since January 2019, Melanie previously held various leadership positions at Xerox from 1999 to 2018, including Vice President of Global Service Delivery - Strategic Transformation and Vice President of Technical Services - Atlantic Operation. Melanie's expertise spans transformational initiatives, process improvements, and financial analysis, complemented by a proven record of delivering substantial cost savings and operational efficiencies through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech and an MBA with dual concentrations in Finance and Organizational Effectiveness from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
