Van Madray has extensive experience in higher education administration, serving as Dean of Engineering & Business Technologies at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College since 2014 and as Dean at Pitt Community College since 2004. Prior to these roles, Van Madray was Director at Trident Technical College from 1995 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from The University of South Carolina (2002-2010) and an M.Ed. in Counseling from The Citadel (1994-1997).
