Dawn Jones, CDMP, is an accomplished marketing and public relations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Public Information/Media Relations for the County of Pitt since June 2021, Dawn previously held the position of Marketing Manager at Camfil from August 2015 to May 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at East Carolina University from August 2008 to August 2015 and as the Director of Marketing at UNX Industries, Inc. from February 1998 to August 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing/Communications from East Carolina University, an Associate of Arts from Peace College, and certification from the Digital Marketing Institute.
