Twan founded Pitt-IT Professionals in 2012, focusing on flexible staffing solutions and client-centric recruitment practices. Prior to this, Twan established IT Services Nederland BV, specializing in IT infrastructure outsourcing and project management. In earlier positions, Twan served as Sales Manager for Achmea, overseeing service development related to social security and workplace safety, as well as holding channel management and account management roles at Sligro Food Group, CSC, and Atwork. Twan's educational background includes a degree from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and training as a Personal Guide from Mapstell.
