Susan Pittman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital advisory and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at PittmanConsulting Group, a position held since October 2024, and as Executive MBA Faculty at Bellarmine University since January 2020, Susan has contributed significantly to the fields of talent management and organizational development. Prior to these roles, Susan was the Managing Director of Human Capital Advisory at Cherry Bekaert, following the transition from MCM CPAs & Advisors, where Susan served as HR Advisory Services Leader and Principal Consultant from June 2021 to August 2023. Additionally, Susan played a pivotal role at Luckett & Farley Architects and Engineers as Vice President of Talent & Culture and led Yum! University, the global learning and development function for Yum! Brands. Susan holds an MBA in Business Management from the University of Houston-Victoria.
