Michael Turley

Michael Turley is currently the Vice President of Sales and Estimating at Pittsburg Tank & Tower Group, beginning in January 2024. Prior to this role, Turley worked at Seadrill from February 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading global supply chain functions and managing substantial project expenditures. Turley's career spans roles such as Head of Supply Chain - Western Hemisphere and Category Manager for drilling equipment, along with previous positions at Parsons Corporation, TF Warren Group, CB&I, BHP Billiton, and Weatherford, demonstrating extensive experience in project management, procurement, estimating, and business development across various industries. Turley holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Mays Business School - Texas A&M University, enhanced by a certification from Peking University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University.
