Ray Fulkerson

From 1999 to 2001, Ray Fulkerson worked as a Field Engineer/Surveyor at Carneal Properties, Inc, where they conducted surveying and soil compaction testing on a road construction project.

From 2001 to 2004, they worked as a Design Engineer/Project Manager at Universal Tower/Pittsburg Tank & Tower/Allstate Tower, where they designed communication towers and foundation systems. Ray also developed standard engineering and drafting procedures to streamline the production process.

From 2004 to 2015, they had multiple roles at Tower Innovations, including Director of Engineering & Project Management and Vice President of Operations/Chief Operating Officer. In these roles, they supervised and managed engineering, project management, and detailing staff, while also overseeing all aspects of a design and manufacturing operation specializing in communication towers. Ray built and maintained relationships with clients, vendors, and industry colleagues, and played a hands-on role in engineering and project management functions.

Since 2015, Ray Fulkerson has been working as the Director of Engineering at Pittsburg Tank & Tower Group.

Ray Fulkerson attended the University of Southern Indiana from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering Technology.
