Deborah Castrale

Deborah Castrale's work experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Pittsburgh Glass Works LLC from 2010 onwards. In this role, they are responsible for HR policy administration, labor relations, employment law, contract negotiations, and employee training. Previously, they worked at Whirlpool Evansville Division from 1988 to 2010, where they held various positions such as Manager of Human Resources/Employee Relations and Manager of Salaried Human Resources, Communications, and Community Relations. In these roles, they oversaw labor relations, employment/recruitment processes, compensation, employee communications, media relations, and community relations. Additionally, they supervised a team of HR professionals.

Deborah Castrale pursued their undergraduate education from 1981 to 1987 at the University of Evansville. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Personnel Management.
