Matthew Schmitt

Matthew Schmitt has extensive experience in production and logistics, currently serving as a Production Manager at Pittsburgh Glass Works since June 2020. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a Driver for Mansfield Express from April 2013 to June 2020, and as a Truck Driver for Werner Enterprises from August 2009 to April 2013, carrying freight. Earlier in Matthew's career, a position as a Construction Foreman at Great Lakes Truck Driving School involved heavy equipment operation. Matthew began the professional journey in the military as an Avionics Technician with VMFAT-101 Sharpshooters from October 2002 to October 2007, where skills in diagnosing problems with F/A-18 aircraft were developed. Educational qualifications include studies in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at North Central State College from 2014 to 2017 and a certificate in Electrical Competence from AMS-1 Pensacola Florida in 2002. Matthew graduated from Medina High School in 2002.
