Leslee Blaze

Leslee Blaze is an accomplished Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing, with extensive experience in both outpatient and inpatient mental health care. With a career spanning over two decades, Leslee has served at Mercy Behavioral Health since 2007, providing care to adult and geriatric populations across various treatment programs. Additionally, Leslee has been a staff CRNP at Highlands Hospital, tending to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients in acute inpatient settings. Prior experience includes working at PBS Mental Health Associates, where Leslee supported a diverse range of mental health consumers, including children and adolescents, in both outpatient and inpatient capacities.
