Richard Jimenez MBA, MSPC, serves as an HSS Manager at UnitedHealth Group since April 2021, bringing extensive experience in clinical and case management roles. At Pittsburgh Mercy since July 2011, Richard has held positions including Supervisor of Targeted Case Management and Clinical Lead. Richard previously worked at Hoboken UMC from 1990 to 2010, where significant accomplishments included providing clinical assistance to teens with addictions, achieving a 100% graduation rate from the program, and conducting JHACO and Quality Assurance reviews. Richard's earlier experience includes positions at HUMC/Board of Education and Bon Secours Health System, where Richard provided direct crisis intervention care and developed treatment plans. Richard holds a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University–Newark and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, along with an MBA in Business Administration and Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology School of Management.
