Pittsburgh Opera
Christopher Wilson is a distinguished trumpet faculty member at Duquesne University since August 2022 and serves as the Principal Trumpet for the Pittsburgh Opera since September 2017. Previously, Christopher held the position of Professor of Trumpet at Arkansas State University from August 2009 to May 2020 and was a trumpet player with The United States Air Force Band from August 2001 to July 2009. Christopher's academic credentials include a Master of Music in Trumpet Performance from the University of Arkansas, completed in 2001, and a Bachelor of Music in Education from the same institution, earned in 1998.
