Nick Kochanov has extensive experience in product support and customer service, currently serving as the Director of Product Support at Factual Data since October 2020, having previously held roles as Senior Strategic Account Manager and Strategic Account Manager. Nick's background includes a position as a chorister with Pittsburgh Opera since April 2018 and experience as a voice teacher at Higher Voice Studio from January 2018 to October 2020. Prior roles include technical support and customer support positions at CBCInnovis from April 2015 to June 2018, and a head cashier/bookseller role at Barnes & Noble, Inc. from July 2013 to April 2015. Nick Kochanov earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance Voice from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania between 2004 and 2009.
