Lucas Malloy

Lucas Malloy currently serves as the Manager of Hockey Operations for the Pittsburgh Penguins, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Lucas worked at Fenway Sports Management from June 2019 to August 2024, where responsibilities included serving as Special Assistant to Co-Head David Beeston, Analyst in Insights & Analytics, Senior Research & Analytics Associate, and Sponsorship Sales Associate. Additionally, Lucas had a brief tenure as Interim Executive Assistant in the Office of the Chairman for the Boston Red Sox in 2021 and previously worked as a Red Sox Rewards Representative and Corporate Sponsorships & Client Services Intern from March 2017 to June 2019. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration and Management from Babson College.
