Alan Bowden

Alan Bowden is an experienced football coach and program leader with a diverse background in educational settings. Currently serving as an Urban Missionary and Head Coach at Urban Impact Foundation in Pittsburgh since March 2021, Alan has also worked as a School Security Officer and Football Coach for Pittsburgh Public Schools since August 2013. Previous coaching roles include positions as Offensive and Defensive Coordinator, and various coaching responsibilities at Northgate School District from July 2018 to November 2020, Chesapeake Public Schools from March 2003 to November 2011, Virginia Beach City Public Schools in 2002, and Bishop Sullivan Catholic High School in 2001. Alan Bowden holds a degree from Norfolk State University, completed between 1993 and 1999.
