Amy Giammanco

Amy Giammanco (Kloes) is an experienced professional in the field of employee and organizational development, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Employment and Development at Pittsburgh Regional Transit since July 2022. Previously, Amy has been with the Port Authority of Allegheny County since July 1987, holding roles such as Manager of Employee and Organizational Development and Senior Training Specialist. In these positions, Amy acts as an internal consultant, developing, delivering, and maintaining educational programs aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and productivity of personnel. Additionally, Amy creates and designs quality education programs, manuals, and training materials that align with Port Authority business strategies.
