Debbie Norkevicus

Debbie Norkevicus is currently serving as a Contract Specialist at Pittsburgh Regional Transit since April 2023. With extensive experience at the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh since December 2013, Debbie has held various roles including Buyer, Category Manager, and Contract Administrator in Procurement, where responsibilities encompassed managing procurement policies, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations. Previous roles include Assistant Manager and Office Assistant at the Housing Authority, as well as Temporary Administrative Assistant at Pancoast Staffing Services, Inc., and Legal Secretary at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. Debbie holds an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Sawyer Business School and additional degrees in Criminal Justice and Liberal Arts from Community College of Allegheny County and the University of Pittsburgh, respectively.
