Crystal Joyce

Crystal Joyce, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager for the Pittsburgh Steelers since May 2023. Prior to this role, Crystal held significant positions with the Pittsburgh Penguins, including Sr. Manager of Executive Operations and Special Projects, and Executive Assistant, from June 2019 to May 2023. Crystal's experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at UPMC and completing various internships focused on human resources and compliance during academic tenure at Seton Hill University. Crystal holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Seton Hill University, having completed this degree in 2020.
