Rafalene C. currently serves as the Director of Workforce of the Future at Pittsburgh Technology Council, where efforts focus on creating pathways for students and under-represented communities to access careers in technology, organizing events for educators, employers, and job seekers, and developing strategies to attract and retain diverse tech talent in the Pittsburgh area. Prior experience includes a role as Special Education Teacher at Jefferson County Public Schools, where responsibilities involved developing training programs, curating lesson plans, and providing feedback to enhance student learning. Rafalene holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Spalding University.
