Frank Sidari

Frank Sidari has a extensive work experience in the field of water engineering and management. Frank currently holds the position of Chief Environmental Compliance and Ethics Officer at Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority. Prior to this role, they served as the Environmental Compliance Director for Water Treatment & Supply at the same organization.

Previously, Frank worked at Arcadis as the National Drinking Water Facilities Lead and at Special Pathogens Laboratory as the Chief Consulting Engineer and Technical Director. At AECOM, they were a Project Manager and Water Production Engineer for Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority.

Frank also held the position of Vice President of Consulting at Special Pathogens Laboratory and worked as a Principal Civil Engineer at URS Corporation. Frank started their career at Malcolm Pirnie, where they served as a Senior Engineer and Project Engineer. Frank also had a brief role at Whitney, Bailey, Cox & Magnani as a Senior Project Engineer.

Throughout their career, Frank has gained expertise in various areas such as Legionella solutions, water quality, water treatment, and engineering management.

Frank Sidari has a diverse education history. Frank obtained an MS degree in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned a BS degree in Forest Engineering from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry from 1996 to 1998. Frank also completed an Associates degree in Liberal Arts/Math&Science from Corning Community College from 1995 to 1996. Additionally, they obtained an AAS degree in Ecology/Environmental Technology from Paul Smith's College from 1993 to 1995.

Frank Sidari's educational journey began at Hammondsport Central School, where they attended from 1989 to 1993.

In addition to their formal degrees, Frank Sidari has obtained several certifications. Frank became a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Michigan in July 2020. Before that, they obtained the CHA certification (Certified HACCP Auditor) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) in October 2013. Frank also acquired a certification in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point from Education Programs Accredited by the International HACCP Alliance in April 2013. Prior to that, they became a PE in the State of Ohio in January 2010. In October 2009, they earned the designation of Board Certified Environmental Engineer from the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists. Frank'sfirst PE certification was obtained in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in July 2006. Finally, they became a Construction Documents Technologist through the Construction Specification Institute in July 2000.
