Jessica K. West

Jessica K. West serves as the Director of Community Development for Pittsfield Charter Township, leading a multidisciplinary team focused on sustainable growth, infrastructure resilience, and community engagement since September 2006. Jessica oversees critical functions such as planning, zoning, engineering, and public outreach, providing executive leadership to advance the township's objectives. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions within the township, including Technology & Administrative Services Coordinator and Human Resources & Administrative Services Specialist, where duties ranged from managing citizen engagement to coordinating events and marketing efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as Copy & Print Production Manager at Staples, where Jessica led operations and ensured quality in print solutions. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Human Resources from Baker College.
