Stephanie Peart has a long and varied work experience. Stephanie began their career in 2010 as a Jr. Strategic Planner at Leo Burnett. In 2012, they co-founded Lookst, a fashion e-commerce aggregator. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Strategic Planning Manager and Supervisor at Lew'Lara\TBWA, where they were responsible for the strategy behind the Nissan 2016 Olympic Games Sponsorship and the Nissan Kicks launch in Brazil. This work resulted in two Effie Awards. In 2017, Stephanie also worked as a Strategic Planning Manager at AlmapBBDO. In the same year, they founded Komus, which was later acquired by Pitzi, where Stephanie became the Head of Leapfone. In 2019, Stephanie became the Co-founder of Desk ao Deck, and in 2021, they became the Head of Leapfone at Leapfone.
Stephanie Peart began their educational journey at Colégio Santo Américo em São Paulo from 2001 to 2007. Stephanie then attended Windsor Secondary School from 2006 to 2007. In 2008, they began studying Social Communications with a focus on Advertising and Marketing at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, graduating in 2011. In 2012, they completed a Strategic Communications Planning course at Miami Ad School (M.AD School). Finally, in 2017, they completed a Design Thinking Specialization course at Echos Desirable Futures Lab.
