Jcsm Vrensen

JCSM (Joris) Vrensen is an experienced professional in education and local governance, currently serving as a Raadslid for Progressief Liberaal Vught since July 2021. Joris has been a Docent natuurkunde at Pius X-College since January 2017, with a permanent appointment secured on July 14, 2017. Prior to this, Joris was active in D66 from January 2013 to July 2021, holding positions such as Raadslid D66 Vught and Burgerlid, where participation in departmental discussions and committee meetings was essential. Joris also served as Voorzitter of D66 Vught, contributing to the party’s objectives in achieving social and economic viability in Vught. With a strong background in educational roles at Elde College from August 2000 to January 2017, including as Coördinator Maatschappelijke Stage and Coördinator Kwaliteitszorg, Joris has a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance in education. Academic credentials include degrees in Natuurkunde and Biologie from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg.
