Rolf Busman

Rolf Busman is a seasoned trainer and educator with extensive experience in facilitating behavioral change through physical engagement strategies. Since January 2022, Rolf has been associated with B-me as a Trainer, continuing work started at Bureau Busman, where the focus has been on effective behavioral transformation. Rolf has held several educational roles, including teaching practical education subjects and mentoring at Pius X-College since August 2018, working with youth facing learning challenges. Rolf has also previously contributed to Praktijkcollege Tilburg and Praktijkschool Eindhoven, specializing in guiding students with lower IQs. With a solid educational background, including a Bachelor of Education and advanced courses in coaching and transactional analysis, Rolf Busman is dedicated to enhancing the skills and capabilities of young learners.
