Ed Marquez is a seasoned professional in field services management with extensive experience in telecommunications. Currently serving as Field Service Manager at Pivital, Inc. since September 2023, Ed leads a team of Field Service Engineers in supporting customer data center and wireless networks. Prior to this role, Ed spent 14 years at Ericsson as Manager of Field Services, overseeing technicians on various network operations. Additionally, Ed managed field operations for both Sprint Nextel in New York City and Los Angeles, playing a key role in launching Sprint PCS in 1997. Ed's career also includes management positions at Bell Atlantic Mobile and Grupo Iusacell/Bell Atlantic International. Academically, Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration from Woodbury University.
