Mike Jones

Mike Jones currently serves as the Field Service Manager at Pivital, Inc., a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mike Jones spent 14 years at Ericsson as Field Services Manager, and earlier experience includes managerial positions at Sprint Nextel, where responsibilities included Manager E&O Support and Field Operations Manager from April 1999 to February 2008. Mike Jones obtained an Associate degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Herzing University, having previously attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1989 to 1991.
