Jeremy G. has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Jeremy started their career at NCTC North Central as the Director of Marketing & Customer Service, where they implemented marketing strategies and increased DSL penetration rate by 300%. Jeremy then joined the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC) as a Regional Business Manager, successfully creating and maintaining member relationships and achieving all defined product and subscriber goals. Jeremy later became the Chief Strategy Officer at Valley Telecom Group, where they provided strategic direction for future growth through product development, marketing, advertising, and sales. Currently, they are the President of Pivot Group, leading the team in providing marketing consulting, leadership development, market research, and customer experience coaching.
Jeremy G. completed their bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in the year 1997. Jeremy pursued their master's degree in Management at Missouri State University from 1998 to 2000.
