Mckenna Tillotson

McKenna Tillotson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mckenna began their professional career in 2015 as a Summer Event Marketing Intern at Metro Parent & PDX Kids Calendar, where they developed strategies for building customer awareness and worked closely with the Marketing Director to plan and execute events. In 2016, they worked as an Event Marketing Director at PDX Parent Magazine, managing all communication elements for over 20 events, recruiting and coordinating with local businesses, and training interns and volunteers.

McKenna then joined George Fox University in 2014 and held multiple roles. As a Sports Marketing Student Intern, they helped execute branding promotions for George Fox University's Bruin Athletics, managed game day experiences for Football and Basketball games, and created outreach strategies for community and student engagement. In 2016, they became the Coordinator for Penn Pals Kids Club, where they developed and organized a program to get families involved in athletic events, coordinated and implemented events to engage members and the outside community, and interacted with customers directly. Later, they served as an Affinity Marketing Coordinator, responsible for project deadlines, problem-solving, and building strong working relationships with internal clients.

From 2014 to 2017, McKenna also worked at P.F. Chang's China Bistro as a Trainer and Shift Lead, gradually being promoted through various positions and collaborating with upper management to implement changes and ideals.

Most recently, they joined Pivot Group in 2019 and worked as a Project Coordinator until 2020. Mckenna then transitioned to the role of Digital Marketing Specialist.

Mckenna Tillotson completed their high school education at Tualatin High School from 2009 to 2013, earning a High School degree. Mckenna then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from George Fox University, attending from 2013 to 2017. In 2016, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at The American University of Rome. No specific degree was mentioned for their study abroad experience.
