Célia Novello is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer operations and consulting. Currently serving as a Customer Operations Manager at Pivot since June 2024 and as the founder of Pasta Cosi since March 2022, Célia has successfully established an online grocery focused on Italian gastronomy. Previous roles include consulting at KARETIS, where responsibilities included client strategy, product launches, financial modeling, and developing web solutions, as well as serving as a consultant for the Ministry of Health on patient journey modernization. Célia also gained experience at PwC, advising on growth strategies for startups. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management from Imperial College London and a Diplôme ingénieur in Data Science from Centrale Nantes.
