Arjun Prakash is the Founder of Pivot, a company that offers personalized mentorship and career planning tools to help individuals land their target roles or make career changes. Prior to starting Pivot, Arjun worked as an Executive Rewards Business Leader at Mercer where Arjun led the Executive Rewards & Governance Business in India. Arjun also has experience as an Executive Compensation Consultant and Project Manager at FW Cook. Arjun holds a B.A. in Economics from New York University and completed the International Baccalaureate program at Pathways World School.
