Rachel Smith is a Marketing Operations Executive at Merlin Entertainments, overseeing SEA LIFE and Peppa Pig World of Play attractions. Prior to this, Rachel held roles in administrative support at PIVOT Culinary Management and event coordination at Party Perfect Orlando. Rachel has also worked at LEGOLAND Florida Resort and Walt Disney World in various guest service and training positions. Rachel has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
