In 1997, Kanter joined Pivot Design as the Vice President, where they played a significant role in managing staff and overseeing departmental operations. Elizabeth supported the agency's president and helped achieve the company's financial goals. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of President & Executive Creative Director at Pivot Design, where they provided strong leadership, established goals and strategies, managed budgets, and ensured departmental accountability to clients and team members.
