Jennifer Lyman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in structured finance, project finance, and strategic development, particularly in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Structured Finance at Pivot Energy, Jennifer focuses on construction/term debt and tax equity transactions while driving project financing efforts. Previously, Jennifer held key leadership roles at Amber Kinetics as Vice President of Strategic Development, Lyman Strategic Advisors LLC as Principal, and Magi Advisory Company Limited as Executive Director of Project Finance. Jennifer’s career also includes significant positions at OptAsia Capital, Xinhua Finance Limited, Lemon (Asia) Limited, and Societe Generale, combining a strong financial background with strategic advisory skills.
