Melissa Algarin

Melissa Algarin, MHA, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Director of the Program Management Office at OncoHealth, where responsibilities include ensuring alignment of programs with organizational goals and overseeing project management staff. Previously, Melissa held the position of Vice President of Enterprise Program Management at Trellus Health, managing a diverse array of technical and client-related projects. With extensive experience at Memorial Healthcare System, Melissa progressed from Project Manager to Administrative Director within the Enterprise Project Management Office, overseeing a multi-million dollar project portfolio. Other notable roles include Strategic Initiatives Lead at Sentry Data Systems and Quality Consultant at Inova Health System. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, both from the University of Florida.
