Ashlee T. Jemmott, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ashlee T. currently serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at PIVOTAL, where they focus on creating equitable partnerships to develop an ecosystem serving foster youth. Prior to this, Ashlee worked at Peers Envisioning and Engaging in Recovery Services (PEERS) as the Alameda County Everyone Counts Campaign Director and the Transitional Age Youth Program Manager. At Castlemont Community Transformation Schools, they served as the Operations Manager, leading and collaborating with administration and teacher teams to implement student programs. Before that, they held multiple roles at Youth Uprising, where they contributed to juvenile justice initiatives, career and education advancement for youth, and payroll processes compliance. Ashlee T. also facilitated research and chartering of Castlemont Community Transformation Schools. Ashlee's early experience includes an internship in Human Resources at Xilinx Incorporated, where they ensured federal compliance standards during onboarding and collaborated with cross-functional teams for partner outreach.

Ashlee T. Jemmott has a diverse education history. Ashlee T. completed their Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Mills College, Lorry I. Lokey Graduate School of Business, specializing in Business Administration, Management and Operations, and Management Economics from 2017 to 2019. In 2016, they studied at Beijing Language and Culture University, focusing on Language and Cultural studies. Additionally, that same year, they attended Fudan University, where they studied International Economics. Prior to these experiences, Ashlee graduated from San Jose State University in 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
