Matt Bell has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Matt served as the Chief Executive Officer of PIVOTAL, where they supported high school and college-age students from the foster care system. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director of Via Services, focusing on empowering people with disabilities and their families. Matt also held executive positions at Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit High School and Blach Construction Company, where they oversaw operations, budgeting, and strategic planning. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of Marketing at OpenTV and Sand Hill Capital. Matt's background also includes directing corporate communications at Verio, Inc. and working as an Account Supervisor at Pacifico, Inc. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated success in restructuring, strategic planning, and increasing revenues.

Matt Bell attended Bellarmine College Preparatory from 1981 to 1985. Matt then went on to study Political Science at San Jose State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from there between 1986 and 1990.
