Victor Ruiz Rodado is an accomplished professional in clinical data science, currently serving as the Manager of the Clinical Data Science Department at Pivotal since November 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing clinical programmers, data coordinators, and data scientists while developing analysis tools for risk-based quality management in clinical trials. Prior experience includes a role as Clinical Scientist Specialist, focusing on data oversight and analysis in clinical trials, and a Postdoctoral Fellow position at the National Cancer Institute, where research centered on metabolic reprogramming in brain tumors. Educational achievements include a PhD in Biochemistry from De Montfort University, a Master's in Chemical Science and Technology from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, and a Bachelor's in Biochemistry from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Additional experience encompasses analytical roles and research assistance in various scientific and healthcare contexts.
