Nicklaus McKee currently serves as In-House Counsel at Pivotal Housing Partners, a position held since September 2020. Prior to this role, Nicklaus held various associate attorney positions at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP from 2009 to 2020, along with a brief tenure at Graydon Law in 2011-2012. Nicklaus possesses a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, attained between 2006 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 2006.
