Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Pivotal Housing Partners oversees the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of housing development projects. This team ensures that multifamily and senior community projects, financed with both 9% and 4% LIHTC credits, are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include feasibility analysis, acquisitions, development process management, and fostering strategic housing partnerships with both non-profit and for-profit organizations.
