As a Senior HR Director and Operations Lead, Kelsey is responsible for managing HR functions for a portfolio of clients. Prior roles include HR Generalist and HR Administrator, where Kelsey provided support in recruitment, health & safety, training, compensation strategy, and employee relations. With a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from the University of Guelph and a Human Resources Management degree from Sheridan College, Kelsey has a strong foundation in HR practices.
