Igal Sokolov

Igal Sokolov has worked in the software engineering field since 1992. Igal began their career as a Software Team Leader at Elbit, where they developed application software for advanced defense electronic systems. In 1998, they moved to e-SIM Japan as a FAE Manager, where they were responsible for the direct technical support of major Japanese and Asian mass production consumers' electronics companies. From 2000 to 2009, they worked at Openwave as a Principal Software Engineer, where they were responsible for OEM projects customer management, integration and deployment supervision with Openwave client products. From 2009 to 2016, they worked at Myriad Group AG as a Principal Software Engineer, where they were responsible for customer facing projects and programs, customer training and supervision, and Java benchmarking and performance investigation. In 2016, they moved to Pivotal Systems as a Principal Software Engineer.

Igal Sokolov received a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Software from the Moscow State Automobile and Road Technical Institute (State Technical University) (MADI).
