Richard B. is an independent M&A and capital raise advisor to European entrepreneurs, currently serving as Managing Director at Pivotas AG, a strategic consulting firm focused on governance, cybersecurity, and defense. They also hold the position of Senior Advisor at Pava Partners and have been Managing Director and Owner at Cross Border Advisers since 2014. In addition to their advisory roles, Richard is the Chairman of Authentico Technologies, a Swedish cybersecurity innovator. They possess extensive experience in banking and executive roles, having previously worked with Reuters in the UK and various European countries. Richard was also President of the INSEAD Alumni Association Switzerland from 2011 to 2016.
