Lauren Haines

Lauren Haines, PT, DPT, ATC, CMTPT-DN, currently serves as the Clinic Director at Pivot Physical Therapy since March 2021. With a robust background in athletic training and physical therapy, Lauren has held various roles, including Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at The Jackson Clinics, LP, and Adaptive Aquatics Instructor at Wheatland Farm, focusing on individualized instruction for individuals with special needs. Previous experience includes working as an athletic trainer at Martinsburg High School and serving as adjunct faculty at Shenandoah University. Lauren holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Athletic Training from West Virginia University. Additionally, Lauren contributed to the Mid-Atlantic Athletic Trainers' Association as Vice Chair and West Virginia Representative, promoting student leadership in the athletic training field.
