Stephen Gray

Stephen brings 40+ years of senior-level management expertise to Pivot with a focus on leadership and corporate renewal across many industries, including healthcare. Prior, Stephen was a partner at Deloitte where he led the firm’s Fiduciary Services Practice until he retired to form Gray & Company in 2014.

Mr. Gray has led a distinguished career and is well known in the financial and legal communities throughout the U.S. Stephen began his career as an engineer and was a master’s level teaching fellow at Tufts University in mechanical engineering. Upon moving into management, Stephen has enjoyed decades of successful leadership and governance across industries.
