Tatiane Nogueira Fernandes has extensive experience in restaurant management and nutrition, currently serving as Coordenador de contratos at LC Restaurantes since April 2022. Previously, Tatiane held the position of Administradora de Restaurante at UNION and served as Gerente de unidade at Sanutrin from June 2018 to December 2021, overseeing a school restaurant and cafeteria, managing cash flow, procurement, and administrative and financial controls, as well as inventory management and personnel supervision.
