Ing. Olga Novotna dos Santos

Ing. Olga Novotna Dos Santos, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in the brewing industry, currently serving as the central laboratory manager for the quality department at Pivovary Lobkowicz, a position held since October 2011. In this role, Olga manages the laboratories of seven small to mid-sized Czech breweries and oversees central laboratory operations. Prior to this, Olga worked as a gas chromatography analyst and laboratory assistant within the same company from October 2010 to September 2011, focusing on laboratory management and quality control reporting. Olga holds a Ph.D. in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University and a Master's degree in Chemistry and Food Technology from Mendel University Brno, complemented by foundational education at the French Lyceum Písek.
